Resident reporting for private lots
A phone call
you can actually
dispatch on.
Somebody is blocked in. They find the sign, call the number, and try to describe a car to a dispatcher who cannot see it. Curbd replaces that call with the plate, the photo, the exact spot and the time, sent straight to the company already under contract at that property.

If you tow
Stop driving loops.
Patrolling burns hours and fuel hoping to spot something, and the worst trip is the one that ends with the car already gone. Get sent to a vehicle that is actually there.
For Operators →If you run a community
Give residents a real channel.
They already call the number on the sign. Curbd makes that call complete, and leaves you a record of what was reported and what happened.
For Communities →How a report gets made
Two ways in, and neither needs an app.
A QR code on the sign opens a page that turns on the camera. The photo and the phone say which property, and the resident confirms it, so nobody types an address.
Or send a photo to the number on the sign. Same report, same place it lands, for anyone who would rather not open a browser.
The photo is read for you
Plate, state, color, make and model come back already filled in, and anything that was not legible is left blank rather than guessed. The reporter corrects what is wrong.
The location is more than an address
The QR fixes the property, the phone's location narrows it, and a reporter can drop a pin on the exact spot when a lot is big enough that a space number is not enough.
The number behind it is proven
A one-time code, once per phone. Curbd holds that number and never discloses it, to the towing company or to the vehicle owner. What the operator sees is a track record, not a person.
Nobody is paid per tow
Not Curbd, not the community, and residents are never paid for reporting.
Curbd is in pilot, on 2 properties with 1 towing operator configured.
