For towing operators

Stop driving loops.

You already hold the contract. The expensive trip is the one that ends with the car gone, or the call from somebody who cannot tell you the plate, the color, or which building they are standing behind. Curbd sends you the ones worth the drive.

One text. One link. Nothing to install.

01

It arrives where you already dispatch from

A text message with a link. The link carries the photo, the plate, the vehicle, the spot and the time. A driver works the job from the text alone. Sign in when you want the whole queue on one screen, with your own settings.

02

Closing it out is one tap

Two taps say where you are, accepted and en route. Four say how it ended: towed, the vehicle was gone, you could not find it, or you are declining it. That is the whole interface, and it is a web page.

03

You can tell a good report from a guess

Curbd scores how likely a report is to be worth the trip, from how it came in, how well it holds together, and how the same reporter's past reports turned out. The score rides along with the job so you can send the truck to the strong ones first.

04

You still decide

Curbd sorts and flags. It does not tow anything, and it does not tell you what to tow. You verify on arrival the way you always have.

The paperwork after

The call is written before you make it.

Everything police dispatch will ask for is already in the job: the vehicle, where it came from, where it went, and when. Curbd puts it on one screen with the number to call and the time it is due, and keeps the record that you made it. Nothing is being remembered at the end of a tow, and nothing is retyped.

Where a department will take that notice from us directly, we send it. Most still want a person on the line, and that is fine: the point is that the call takes twenty seconds instead of a hunt through a glovebox. As departments open up other ways in, Curbd will use them.

What it costs

Priced on reports. Never a cut of a tow.

About $5 a report to start, falling to under $2 as volume grows, and a month with no reports costs nothing. You set your own monthly maximum, so the worst case is a number you picked.

Nothing is charged for the first thirty days.
