What we collect

When you submit a report: the photograph you take, the license plate you enter, the category you pick, any notes, your device's location if you allow it, and the mobile number you provide. The time is taken from our server, not from your device.

Who sees it

The towing operator under contract at that property receives the photo, the plate, the vehicle description, the location and the time. They do not receive your phone number or your name, ever. The property's managers can see reports for their own property.

We may be required to disclose records in response to a lawful subpoena or court order.

What we do not do

We do not look up the registered owner of a license plate. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. We do not pay anyone for submitting reports.

Retention and contact

Reports and their photographs are kept as the record of a tow and its authorization. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed where we are able, write to the address on our contact page.
